Tonic Infused Smoothie Bites with @nutritionalnutmeg

Take your tonic intake to the next level with Brittany’s (@nutritionalnutmeg) Tonic Infused Smoothie Bites!

All you’ll need is:
Lavender Bliss Goldthread Tonic
Green Minerals Goldthread Tonic
Frozen Wild Blueberries
Frozen Peaches
Spinach
Oat Milk
Granola (I used Victory Dance Foods Kale Matcha Garden Granola)

To Make:

  • Combine 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries with 1/4 cup Goldthread Lavender Bliss tonic and a little oat milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into muffin liners (either big or mini!), filling up halfway. Freeze for at least an hour
  • Combine 1/2 cup frozen peaches, 1/4 cup spinach, 1/4 cup Goldthread Green Minerals tonic, and a little oat milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour this green mix on top of the lavender mix that’s frozen, filling to the top. Add toppings! I topped mine with Victory Dance Foods kale matcha garden granola. Freeze again for at least an hour. Once frozen, pop out of the muffin liner and enjoy!
